The WiNN Guyana Chapter is made up of an eclectic group of dynamic women passionate about nature conservation, and effecting positive change in Guyana through the empowerment of youth and women. We endeavor to support women working in conservation, build networks and relationships to further enhance our work conserving Guyana’s natural and indigenous cultural heritage, as well as support mentorship programmes that will improve human well-being across Guyana.

Our membership stretches across Guyana incorporating strong women from  diverse cultural, academic and professional backgrounds, from grass-roots women promoting empowerment through livelihood development to women working in the private and government sectors developing and influencing environmental policies. The numerous talents, skills, and experiences brought together by this wealth of individual and collective perspectives ensure that we provide the very best support services to our members and projects as possible.

We welcome and encourage dynamic young women to come and join us as we strive to conserve nature and improve human well-being in Guyana for generations to come.
