WiNN supports women working in conservation through four main initiatives.
Catalyzing Networks
WiNN seeks to build connections among women working in conservation through the development of individual chapters, which provide a space for members to learn from and support each other.
Annual Global Networking Event
The annual global networking event brings together international conservation leaders, WiNN members, conservation practitioners and students. Through symposia and workshops, attendees are able to exchange their experiences, to strengthen their leadership skills, and connect with other women. Past global networking events were held in Argentina and Mexico.
