For over a decade, WiNN has been led by experienced and caring conservationists who have generously shared their time, knowledge, and resources with other women to help nurture the next generation of female conservation leaders. Thanks to their efforts, WiNN has grown to include over 20 chapters across five continents. We’re now excited to expand our reach and offer even more resources and support to women in conservation around the world—through grants, learning opportunities, and a strong, supportive community where women can grow and thrive.

“The motivation to start a chapter in Nigeria was to bring women together from different areas of conservation, to be able to share the highs and lows of working in conservation. For me, WiNN is exciting because it’s about bringing each other up and not condemning or criticizing each other.”
