Global Networking Event
WiNN’s annual Global Networking Event brings together an extraordinary community of women from across the world—conservation leaders, practitioners, youth, and those just beginning their journey into conservation. It’s a space where ideas are shared openly, stories are honored, and meaningful connections are built across cultures, disciplines, and generations.
Through interactive workshops, collaborative sessions, and immersive experiences, participants don’t just exchange knowledge, they grow together. Whether strengthening leadership skills, exploring new perspectives, or forming lifelong partnerships, every moment is designed to spark inspiration and collective impact.
Site visits to local conservation initiatives ground the experience in place, offering a deeper connection to the landscapes, communities, and cultures that shape our work.
And then there’s something harder to put into words - the feeling of being in a space where you truly belong. WiNN gatherings are intentionally created to foster trust, openness, and genuine connection. As conservationist Anna Mahulu reflected after attending:

We are already bringing the next WiNN Global Conference to life, and it’s going to be something truly special!
Planned for June 2027 in Arusha, Tanzania, this gathering will continue to build on the energy, depth, and connection that have defined past events - while creating new space for voices, ideas, and collaborations to emerge.
