Whether you've been part of WiNN for years or are just getting to know us, if you’re passionate about our mission and ready to contribute to our vision, this is a meaningful opportunity to get involved. Serving on the Board of Directors is a chance to help shape the direction of the network and support its growth over the next two years.

Why This Matters? 

WiNN has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we’re entering a dynamic new phase. With more members joining and new opportunities on the horizon, strong leadership and thoughtful planning are essential. This is a pivotal moment to strengthen our structure and presence, ensuring we can scale sustainably while staying true to the spirit and values that define WiNN.

What the Board Does?

The Board of Directors plays a critical role in the life of the network. From overseeing administrative responsibilities and making strategic decisions to supporting outreach and engagement efforts, the Board of Director works collaboratively to advance WiNN’s mission. The 2025–2027 term will run from June 2025 to June 2027 and will include nine members (this number may be subject to change). Board members will share responsibilities and help ensure continuity and long-term sustainability for our programs and initiatives.
