September 16, 2020 | 11AM - 12PM Eastern Time -------- Zoom Meeting ID: 946 1079 6573 Passcode: 713354 -------- Do you have a conservation career that you enjoy? Please join our next WiNNsday on September 16 for an interactive discussion of the diverse types of careers that WiNN members are undertaking to conserve nature around the world. In addition to NGOs, government agencies and universities, organizations as diverse as Disney World, Shell Oil Company, The World Bank, and The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation have staff working on nature conservation. Leeanne Alonso will lead the session and we'll hear from several of WiNN's founding members about their unique and interesting career paths, including Ana Liz Flores (Wyss Foundation), Rebecca Kormos (filmmaker, IUCN Great Apes specialist group), Renee Gonzalez (Mexican Fund for the Conservation of Nature), and special guest Anne Savage (Proyecto Titi and Animal Kingdom (Disney). We also want to hear about your careers! Participants will have an opportunity to share their experiences and career paths during a brainstorming session and breakout groups. This will be a fun conversation of interest to all WiNNers- budding job seekers to established experts! You won't want to miss this so we hope you can join us!
